“Yes, I can confirm that two people have been arrested, at the moment, in the interview. Then it is up to the prosecutor of the case to decide on suspects”, Deputy Prosecutor of the Basic Prosecutor in Pristina Ibrahim Berisha told KALLXO.com.
Meanwhile, during the day, Kosovo Energy Corporation Board of Directors (KEK) has also reacted to the threat it has made to KEK director Njazi Thaci.
KEK through a communique has called on law and law bodies to take all relevant measures and to investigate the case with priority.
“Bord expresses full support for managing director Najazi Thaci and feels regret over the concern that has come to him by irresponsible persons. On the other hand, the KEK Board of Directors guarantees the shareholder, the Government of Kosovo and citizens that any competition and action will be monitored in detail by board”, it is said in their response.
