The founding prosecutor in Prizren, in collaboration with the Kosovo Police, following a long investigation using special investigative and surveillance techniques, has managed to arrest a group of suspects, with initials B.S., L.SH., P.T., and F. J., under the suspicion that they have committed four criminal acts, listed as follows:
The acquisition, possession, distribution, and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotropic and analogous substances in co-ordination, from Article 273, paragraph 2 related to Article 31 of KPRK.
Import, export, supply, transport, production, exchange, mediation or unauthorized sale of weapons or explosive matter, in co-ordination from Article 372 paragraph 2 concerning KPRK's Article 31;
· Article 340 Article 2 tasked with paragraph 1 of KPRK and;
·Firevania by Article 334 paragraph 2 of KPRK
The prosecution and police in this case have conducted raids at four different locations, including the suspect's home and escorting stations, and have managed to sequencing important material evidence for the investigation, such as:
A (1) car “Range Rover” with license plates 04-55 1 - FR;
Two (2) keys to the “Range Rover”;
Two (2) cell phones, “Iphone 7”
A (1) pair of Dylby, a (1) patent knife, five (5) pieces of the gun, and a (1) gun bullet;
A hunting rifle with a pair of dybies;
Two repeat rifles;
A semiautomatic rifle;
An automatic rifle AK 47;
Weapons cleaning device;
A revolver;
A gun shaped like a chemical pencil;
Eleven degrees of unknown calibration;
A hunting rifle;
Unknown calibration with a amount of 136;
A pair of dybs with inscription “GPS WIFI”
A hand grenade;
A rounds of ammunition;
Six (6) Silenciator/supporter;
Three (3) gun wax;
An AK 47 cartoon, as well as two unknown calibre rounds;
Three (3) spray with inscription “NATO”;
A M48 rifle with 5 rounds;
A hand case of 9 packs of AK 47 bullets, with 20 bullets in each package;
A 4-piller weapon magator AK 47;
A shell of hunting rifle;
10 bullet combs of AK 47 empty;
A little box with 14 bullets with unknown calibre;
A V - Phone ICO;
A cigarette wrapped with suspected narcotics substance of the type “Marihuane”, with a weight of about 1.35 grams;
An automatic AK-47 rifle;
A light hunting rifle;
Eight (8) rounds of rifle “CHEDITIES 12”
A pair of black gloves and a black hat;
A semiautomatic rifle of type 10h she, with 26 rounds of a 7.62 mm calibre;
A deafening weapon (black) and;
Two rounds of hunting rifle.
All these evidence have been recorded at the scene by Kosovo Police, respectively, the criminal unit, which has been seized and will serve as evidence/proof in further criminal procedures concerning the case in question.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren remains committed to combating crime by ensuring continued co-operation with other justice authorities as well as with citizens in general, that all cases, regardless of nature that may have to be dealt with directly and fairly, always based on the laws and Constitutions of the Republic of Kosovo.
