Albanian language teaching as electives in eight-year schools in Turkey, alongside Albanian's intensive independent courses, was seen today as an important achievement by Albania's Ambassador to Turkey, Gail Gazheli.
In his message to Albanians on the occasion of the end of the year, Gazhel identified all challenges and achievements during 2018.
“2018 is collecting the final rays and this embassy thinks it has well met the challenges that emerged. Our challenges were, in most cases, and success was crowned. The year we are leaving, on the part of realising the targets, can be said to have many points to highlight”, Gazhel said.
The number of individuals or businesses, who want to come to Turkey or go to Albania, according to the ambassador, is increasingly broadcasting at times.
Of course, strategic relations with Turkey are perfect and we continue to work for high quality in this regard. However, along with these good political relations, economic areas remain a priority, where more needs to be worked on. At this point Turkey's intervention is essential”, Gazhel said.
As for geopoliticals, Gazhel praised that Turkey is one of the loyal partners of Albania and the Albanian issue anywhere in the world, which it has confirmed with the recent support of our candidacy in O The SEU, the Regional Co-operation Council, etc.
In addition, Gazhel stressed that the Albanian Embassy has been active both in economic diplomacy with visits it made and in attracting investments. He also underlined the assistance offered to Albanians or the role of embassy in balancing relations with the host country and the country we cover.
Also, Gazhel stressed that many sick people who choose to be treated in Turkey thanks to the agreement between our two states find support and solutions here.
