Within the framework of “the anti-corruption week”, where the report was published regarding the compliance and exercise of public functions of justice system officials in accordance with the Law on Conflict of Interest, Betim Musliu from the Kosovo Institute for Justice (IKD) has said many officials have become “supurmes at” that hold many official positions.
He has asked this case to prevent this phenomenon for conflict of interest. About 600 senior public officials exploit more than two job positions, some of them holding up to seven positions, said the table. Ehat Miftaraj of the IKD said that out of the 4 thousand analysed documents being obtained from statements, 563 senior public officials exploit more than two positions. 63 more than two revenues, 10 accept four revenues, 19 others accept five salaries from Kosovo budget sources.

Miftaraj has said that out of 631 officials in the Judiciary and Prosecutorial Council -- of them 420 in the KDR -- 38 hold two functions, and 203 Prosecutorial Council officials -- 53 officials hold two functions.
Shaip Havolli from the Anti-Corruption Agency has said they have handled a large number of cases of conflict of interest.

This agency, according to him, has handled 78 cases of conflict of interest this year, of which two cases are for investigation, and one has been prosecuted in court. Havol has approved only one case of how Kosovo's budget is misused and malmanaged by senior officials. While Lana Owens OPDA, part of the US Embassy in Kosovo, has said that one of the important things that needs to be taken into account in the justice system is transparency.
She has added that the judicial system is not known to the general public whether a judicial or prosecutorial official is in conflict of interest. Otherwise, although invited, representatives of the Judiciary and Prosecutorial Council have not attended this table.
