The woman, unidentified, suffered two fractures in her ribs after she fell into the 3m deep hole.
As the cause of opening the sidewalk hole is being investigated.
The incident occurred on Sunday (November 11th) in front of a bus stop in Ruide Avenue in the town of Lanzhou.
