At this meeting, Chief Parliamentary Veselin and the new commander of KFOR have discussed co-operation between NATO forces in Kosovo and Kosovo institutions. The new commander of KFOR, DéAddario, has announced Chief Parliamentary Veselin for the security situation in Kosovo, which is calm and stable, while stressing that KFOR has close co-operation with all security institutions in Kosovo.
Wessel and D'Addario have also discussed political and security developments in the country and the achievements of the state of Kosovo in all areas.
Chief Parliamentary Veselin has announced KFOR's new commander of the final steps to take the Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo during December to transform the Kosovo Security Force into the Armed Forces.
Wessel said in this case that the Kosovo Armed Forces would be a well-trained, multiethnic force and NATO's worthy ally to offer peace throughout the region and beyond.
