VV: Release Report to Thaci

The Vetevendosje movement says the meeting of Kosovo and Serbia's president in Brussels was not announced earlier in order to prevent any institutional organisation in Kosovo, or response of opposition and citizens.

Reiterating that Hashim Thaci is dialogueing in Brussels without a mandate, Vetevendosje officials said the president's willingness to give Kosovo territory in exchange for recognition by Serbia is disturbing.

According to them, Thaci would have to appear before the court for these actions because, as they say, he is violating the Constitution.

At a press conference, Glauk Konjufca has said Thaci did not announce the meeting earlier, as he has wanted to escape any opposition response, or citizens, as well as any possible institutional organisation.

Remembering that Thaci does not have the mandate of Kosovo's Parliament to dialogue in Brussels, Konjufca said the president, with his visit to the meeting with Akleksandar Vucinj, is violating the Constitution, so it should be issued a warrant for his arrest.

The “would have been in the state right now and after a chief prosecutor should, not one of Kosovo's currently present, would immediately issue calls, and therefore the Kosovo police would have to issue arrest warrants -- that at the first moment Hashim Thaci arrives at the Pristina airport and violates the territory of our Republic -- the warrant that the president appear in court should immediately be activated, in an interview with the prosecutor's office and that the actions he is committing are also in violation of the Kosovo penal code, because they are also violating our country's constitutional condition, he said.

According to Konjufca, Hashim Thaci has extracted three harmful products for Kosovo from talks with Serbia: forming the Serbian List, which he said blocks existential processes for the state of Kosovo, Serbian association and Serbia's <x0-legisation of power in Kosovo, in the police, AKI justice”

Our president is going without a parliamentary mandate at this meeting with Vuciqi, this should be disturbing for all citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, but even more disturbing is our president's readiness for an agreement with Serbia, which means this: President Thaci is able to pay with Kosovo territory recognition of Serbia. This is the essence of the project President Thaci has presented since June of this year. The Presevo Valley is only fraud, which is located in Mr Thaci's discurs just to justify his going and the meetings they are having with Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq”, he said.

According to him, the Kosovo- Serbia is very close, so not to produce legitimate reactions, these meetings are being held fairly secret.

At this conference, it also said that Kosovo can succeed without Serbia's recognition.
