68 states gave Kosovo the vote to be part of Interpol, but 51 of them have voted against it while 16 abstained.

Despite this, Kosovo failed to join after 2/3 of the member states present at the General Assembly held in Dubai in the second round.

In the first round for Kosovo voted 76 states, 56 opposed, while 22 have abstained.
