So far over 780 cases have been applied. Government Commission recognition of status has led them to receive 145 cases, and 102 cases have been rejected.
The 24-digit victim has been violated for six months daily by groups of Serbian police and soldiers whose points were at Skenderaj in 1998.
She says she has tried to end her life several times, but her husband has supported her in seeking medical help and rehabilitation.
She says that despite the fact that she has deposited facts in UNMIK, EULEX and the Prosecutor, the Government Commission has not returned the answers to its status for seven months.
But the head of this Mini Commission, Begaj-Blay, says this victim has been recognised by status and she has received three pensions retroactively.
RTK is trying to obtain verification from the Commission and transfer from the victim's bank account to see exactly how this process is going, for which victims also seek help from the media.
