Kosovo police have extended their working hours. From today, four extra hours will work, causing their work schedule from 8 hours to 12.
The decision was made by the Police Directorate General.
Kosovo Police spokesman Daut Hoxha has confirmed to Indexline that this decision is depending on the needs of police.
Kosovo's “Police, depending on operational needs, in order to maintain order and public safety, with the aim of preventing criminal acts and in order to accomplish its tasks and responsibilities, engage police officials at 8 or 12 hours”, Hoxha said.
