That's because tomorrow is the National Flag Day, November 28th.
In honor of this date, the Ministry of Public Administration has announced it will be a holiday.
“Based on Law provisions No. 03L-064 for Official Festivals of the Republic of Kosovo, we announce that for all institutions of the Republic of Kosovo, in honour of the 28th holiday. November will be a day off”, the MAP report said.
Different, 28 November officially does not enter the calendar of official holidays but according to the Law is a memorial day.
