Tome Gashi speaks after Selim told him not to be his lawyer: He's desperate.

Former KLA commander Sylejman Selimi's defence lawyer, Tome Gashi, has stressed that the first is extremely desperate in the justice system and in the highest-level judiciary persons.

But Selimi, in addition to his despair, dismissed as his defence attorney Tome Gashi thanks for his work as a success.

General Sylejman Selimi's “General Sylejman Selimi is extremely desperate in the system and persons, or the person he believes are making a huge impact on Kosovo's judicial system, on the highest-level members of the judiciary in Kosovo, so that they can bear as much as possible in the suffering of the sentence without the almighty judicial decision”, Gashi stressed for Kosovafis.

He has also added that Selimi is grateful for his work as a lawyer “and that is a requirement for a specific time to cut off the submitted application to the Supreme Court, until we meet with General Selimi. Of course, despair is in the system and in political persons that are openly influencing him not to be released, and this General Selimi has posted several times in his letter”.

Gashi has confirmed that he will continue to work on it in some way, or otherwise, “until it is released from the case mounted against him”.

General Selimi, in the middle of a letter, has today expressed despair at the justice system in Kosovo, the judiciary and political persons, which he has said through a combined process are holding in prison for four years without fact and without justice. He has indicated that from now on he will not even exploit the right to protection from lawyers.
