Sentenced 13 years for murder in Pec

The same has been pronounced an additional punishment for the seizure of the weapon and its destruction has been ordered.

The defendants have continued detention until the court takes a formal form, but no longer than prison sentences.

Defendant F. L is found guilty because:

“With the date of 14,07.2017, about 15:15 a.m., in Pec, deliberately, had denied his life to his house, now the late I.G., so that after a disagreement the defendant had here with the victim, the same critical day as the victim had emptied the trees in front of his house door where some of the empty trees had touched the wall of the defendant here, the same comes and addresses the victim with the words “why he is touching the wall with the wood of <2x> after his front door and he takes the front door and takes the victim of the two times in his head and turns back to the left of his victims.

What did he do in crime? Murder.

“previously secured and up to 14,09.2017, in Pec, without authorization, possessed weapons and ammunition and a pistol, 2 cartoons and 59 bullets, so that the critical day with the gun in question had hit the F.G. victim by causing him to die”

Since the prosecution, F. LL acted in necessary defense, was released from punishment because:

With a higher date and location, he tried to deprive his life of injury to F.G., so that the critical day after the victim's son here injured F.G. had realized that his father had been hit with axes in the head by defendant F. LL and therefore had changed lives in the hospital, taken the gun and went to the defendant's house and shot several times in the direction of the victim, where in those moments the victim was in his backyard, and when he notices the defendant shooting at the gun, the same one in order to ward off the occasional and dangerous attack by himself pulls out the gun and shoots at the victim 7 times, from which the victim is shot with three bullets and the two times at the lower stomach and one time in his arms, and then the victim leaves the scene site and the family sent to the hospital.

Defendant F. G The court has convicted him and sentenced him to a unique prison sentence of 2 (two) years and fine sentences of many 5,000.

The prison sentence will not be executed at all provided the defendant in the 1 (one) term commits no new criminal acts.
