These are the salaries of cultural workers under the decision to increase

Adjusting (QRK) No.15/2018 for the Gradim and salaries of the creators and cultural performers and professional cultural heritage workers, with which the wages and workers of the culture institutions of this category have left many of these institutions dissatisfied.

Salaries for TKK performanceers and technical and artistic staff

According to Article 8 of the Crk-nrr.152018/2018 TKK workers will receive salaries, according to the position and importance of work, divided into categories.

The first category introduced the artistic director of the TKK, whose salary totals 868 euros; The first and the theatre, which will receive 800 euros' salary, and the second and theatre, whose salary will be 720 euros.

In the second category are: residential groups, (the actors that are not part of the I category; First and Second of theatre), will receive salary of 660 euros; playwright 656 euros; stenographer 637 euros; screen-consummography 490 euros: inspicient 478 euros; theatre organiser 475 euros; and whispering 465 will have a salary of 465 euros.

In the third category, technical and artistic leaders will have a salary of 439 euros, whose technical worker figure salaries will be raised to 400 euros, and technical workers will have a salary of 375 euros.

Salaries for Kosovo National Ballet dancers

Kosovar Balkans part of the BKK, according to the CRK-NR regulation,152018, (Nin 9) receive salaries divided into three categories, lower compared to resident TKK actors.

In the first category, the BKK artistic leader will pay 868 euros, professor 675 euros, while the first soloists will have 675 euros.

The second category introduces the second ballet soloists, who will receive a salary of 579 euros and a choreographer, which will have a salary of 579 euros.

The third Catagoria entered the Ballet Ansemble, (the balloon that is not in the second and first group), whose salary will be 521 euros, and the inspiracy will have 400 euros' wages.

National Dance and Songs Ensemble “SHATA”

Even the salaries of AKKV player and technical workers “S.H.I.E.T.E.T.A., they'll go according to categories, as set out in Article 10 of the regulation.

In the first Kategorine, the artistic leader, whose salary will reach 868 euros, choreography will receive the 733-euro roga, and the choreographer will have a 610-euro salary.

The second category enters: Whose salary assister will be 579 euros, ansamble soloists at 579 euros; the orchestra's head will have 579 euros; the 521-euro orchestra; and the dance amendment will have a 521-euro salary.

Kosovo Philharmonic

Even the Philharmonic's performance salaries and technical-artistic staffs will be according to categories.

First category entering; The permanent conductor, whose salary will be 868 euros; the concerter will receive a salary of 810 euros, vice-commerge and assistant conductor will receive a salary of 772 euros.

The leaders of the spiritual group also enter this category: Flaut-I; clarinet - I; trombone-I; percussion- I; oboa- I; Corno-I; trompa, whose salaries will be 675 euros.

In category two, they enter: Leaders of archery groups: Violet- II; violin; cello; contrabas, which will have a 675-euro salary. Group of spirits II: Flat- II; clarinet - II; fagot - II; Corno - II; Baskarins, whose salary will be 617 euros.

This category includes the host-pianist: Oboa- II; corno inform; contraphagot; Corn O - III; Corno - IV; trumpet - II; trompeta - III; thrombon- II; trombone- III; pipe; percussion - II; percussion - III, whose salaries will be 617 euros.

In the third category are the Tutist archery group: violin-I; pulves 2.3.4.5,6; violinin - II; pultes 1,2,3,4.5; violin; pultes 1,2,3,4; cello; input I contradiction; chapter I, which will have salaries 617 euros. Then the couriers: Sopram; Alt; tenor; Bass, will receive 521 euros, as well as technical worker Bittics, which will have a salary of 400 euros.

Kosovo Art Gallery

The most paid in the GKK, according to the regulation for promotions and salaries listed in the first category, is the curator of exhibitions, whose salary will be 637 euros; a designer who will have a salary of 579 euros.

In the second category; Professional GKK photographer will have a 482-euro salary; technical co-ordinator for exhibitions 482 euros, exhibition technician 374 euros, while Hall 374 euro manager

The producer of “Kosovo film” of the fattiness in First Categorine will have a salary set at 675 euros, while the producer, at second Catgoprin, will receive 617 euros in wages at work. Kosovo Museum

Category III: Ciceron will receive 521 euros, conservative 521 euros, and technical co-ordinator for exhibitions 460 euros.

Kosovo Archaeological Institute

In the first category are archaeologists / scientific workers who will have a salary of 700 euros a month, and the historian/ scientific employee who will also receive 700 euros a month.

Professional archaeologist/worker and Art History, which are included in the second category, will receive a salary of 637 euros.

In the third Categoria, the archaeologist, with a salary of 579euros and Conservatives-restator, will receive 550 euros per month.

Kosovo Institute for Protection of Monuments, Regional Cultural Heritage Centres

In the first category, scientific workers entered wages and civilians will be 700 euros per month; The architect ) professional worker 637 euros, painter-restator/conservator 637 euros.

Rounds of workers in the second category will be: conservative architect/restourator 579 euros; art historian 579 euros; sculptor 579 euros; painter 579 euros; historian 550 euros; and conservative/restourator will receive 521 euros per month.

And in the third category, they are included: The architect who will receive 550 euros; Orientalist 550 euros; ethnologist 550 euros; anthropologist 550 euros; kustos 550 euros; builder 450 euros; master 400 euros; technical-conservatory/restator 400 euros.

For Kosovo's Cinematographic Centre workers under the regulation, the promotion rules apply to other culture institutions regulated by this regulation.

The regulation also envisions restrictions if workers of this category create another working relationship, wages should be taken in line with provisions defined with legislation and underground acts in force.

The work bill is ready. The public discussion ended, and now the Ministry of Labour and Social Management is reviewing remarks and proposals.

The labour bill envisions that for serious violations of workers' rights, fines are up to 400,000 euros.

Also, according to regulation, creator, culture performance and professional cultural heritage workers, they have no right to benefit additional compensation for their work that has no legal basis in Labour Law No. 03 / L212.
