The fourth person arrested for obstructing police officials has not been brought to the hearing, KTV reports.
The hearing is being held at the Constitutional Court at the Randa Crime Department.
The prosecutor of the case is Silas Hoxha, meanwhile Judge Allene Murseli. The session was not allowed to stay the media.
Prosecutor Sylla Hoxha, has demanded that 30-day detention measure be imposed on those arrested yesterday.
