From today we will issue a document concept regulating the area of pensions and election in Kosovo to public consultations. It is a commitment of the ministry, this document concept will regulate several retirement fields”, Minister Recica said.
He added that this is the biggest reform the government has undertaken and that it will be a unique bill consisting of four pillars.
The new retirement pension will be made up of retirement, of those who contributed during the years of HINA, the family pension prior to HINA99, the disability pension before HINA99, pension for limited ability, pensioning war categories, TMK” pension, he said, adding that the concept-doment will be open until December 3rd.
