In downtown Belgrade, in the park in front of Serbia's headquarters, a protest rally has always started “pipi, never with a rifle! ”, which the non-comviser organisation has organised for human rights youth initiative.
The protest, according to the youth Initiative's statement, as broadcast by Radio Free Europe in the Serbian language, is meant to be a protest whistle against state support of war criminals, inciting new war and depression on human activists.
“Skas for protest is the ongoing campaign of promoting war criminals and warning new wars, which has been sparked with the publication of Nebojsa Pavkovic's book by Vladimir Lazarevic on the part of the Defence Ministry”, the Roma in the statement.
The published books also mention that “Crpus of Pristina 1998 1999”, presented as the “testimony of war correspondents” including General Vladimir Lazarevic, who has served 14 years in prison because of war crimes against civilians in Kosovo. Lazarevic, in October 2017, has also held speeches before the Cadets of the Military Academy in Belgrade.
