But, according to reports, the prosecution's body has failed to complete the indictment in the previous 30 days of the legal deadline following remarks by the Constitutional Court in Pristina.

Chief State Prosecutor Aleksandar Lumez, in a conversation for “Kahre Ditore”, has said they are insufficient 30 days to complete this indictment.

I don't know whether the Constitutional Court has returned or not yet answered, but we have asked it to give us a deadline to complete the indictment for even 30 extra days”, he said.

According to Lumez, the demand has been made because much hard work is needed to clarify the indictment, as the court has requested.
