The Directorate of Inspectorate in the Malisheva municipality has begun implementing administrative instruction 06/2018 for penalties with mandate penalties for environmental protection.
According to the Inspectorate Directorate, this directive has begun to apply on the 13/11/18, where the first fine has been pronounced.
Malisheva Institute Director Debran Kastrati said that
The environmental inspectors will continue with inspections on the field and all those citizens who in different forms harm the environment will follow the constitutional procedures”.
The first fine has been pronounced for a person who has been caught burning garbage on public surfaces in nature.
