Kqiku won't serve the penalty if in two years he doesn't commit any other criminal acts
The judge's panel, Zyhdi Haziri (head), Menderes Behluli and Boban Aleksic (members), communicated this decision Monday morning.
Haziri, in declaring the indictment, said he has not proved that Kqiku has committed the criminal act of misuse of official office.
The court also obliged Kqik to pay the judiciary in many of the 50 euros, as well as the costs of the procedure.
Salih Kqiku was accused of using his office and official authority to benefit the official person as director of procurement in the Gjilan municipality, during 2014 in Gjilan, using his office and authority overstepping his powers for any benefit, employing his two family members in this way has placed an NGO “Psicoterapeut in Action” at the Office of the Procure Directorate archive located at the Business Incubatory Centre in Gjilan.
All in accordance with the indictment, it is said that tender files have been placed in this office, and among other things, the tender file with the two reports of the assessment of fixed assets and KRC's surrounding obligations “Higjen” in Gjilan, which police officials have not been able to find, and where they result in extinction.
The prosecutor of the case was Isuf Sadiku. He did not participate in declaring judgment. /Call. com/
