(8 years ago)Today, the Kosovo Police's Economic Crime and Corruption Investigation Unit has raided the home and facilities of a suspect with initials B.S., in a village of Lipjan, under allegations of guilt, where it seized thousands of euros before, two cars, two mobile phones, a USB and a notebook. According to the Police's announcement, following the gathering of enough information about the suspicion of involvement of a suspected person in criminal activity, it has secured a warrant from the Constitutional Court in Pristina for the search of the house and watch items of a suspected person.
The police control, on the suspect's property in an Lipjan village, was implemented on November 14th 2018, starting at 6:50x1>, the report said.
Police have seized relevant material evidence related to the case, the things seized are:
Two cars (Audi A6 and Audi A4), which are thought to have been bought with money earned with the guilty crime;
29.520 (twenties of nine thousand and five hundred) euros, which also allegedly earned by the commission of the crime,
Two cell phones,
A flash drive and
A notebook with notes (is suspected of being the victims' records and the amount of money he has given the file).
“The suspect, involved in criminal activity, B. S. The year of 1964, m/k, has been arrested and interviewed in the presence of a defense attorney. With the decision issued by the prosecutor, the suspect was sent to the hold for 48 hours”, said at the end of the announcement. /Periscopi/
