In Prizren today, the Septembers of three historic leaders -- Ymer Prizren, Abdel Frasher and Sylejman Vokshi -- are inaugurated, the event organised in the framework of the national year's footnote, Gjerriot Skenderbeu, under the Prime Minister's auspices.
At this ceremony, which has started at 0.00, Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama is also participating.
