On the 27th,2018th, defendant A. A., from the village of Crelan, the municipality of Gjakova and St. The LI from the village of Kerstovc from the Peja municipality, have gone undercover and equipped with firearms, to a devative pump in the village of Kretan, forcing them to threaten the weapons of the B.S. damaged, and R.S., workers on that pump and have managed to get 300 euros in cash, as well as about 100 cigarette boxers. Suspects A.A., and the U.S.L., have escaped from the scene until the same were arrested by the police on the basis of 07.11.188x1>, the communiqué reported.
Also defendants A.A., after the police raid of the house, have been found weapons of various illegally possessed types.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova, dated 08.11.18, at the Constitutional Court in Gjakova, the Randa Crime Department has applied for the appointment of a 30-day detention measure.
