The Ministry of Culture has not sufficed for two media conferences in September and November to proclaim the news that the creator, performer and professional cultural heritage workers will receive higher salaries.
The highest cultural institution in the country has taken over to pay a luxury hotel on the outskirts of the capital in order to gather employees of subordinate institutions to thank the Ministry of Culture and its first. The MKRS has taken over to accommodate 200 people in a hall in order to thank Minister Cameron Gashi for the salary increase. Similar to an election campaign, the party that was held on Thursday evening has started with a video featuring the salary increase route. It turns out that Minister Gashi is an official who keeps his word.
Initially on behalf of the artistic community, which works in MKRS institutions, actor Adrian Morina has spoken. He has said they express special consideration and respect for Gashi as minister, who kept his word. In this case, he also mentioned the royal crown, which is written today by Koha Ditore.
“Today we are not here to place the royal crown on anyone, but we wanted to be grateful and sincere, just as we know to be critical, persistent and direct”, he said, while reading the same speech as the actress Samra Latifi had read, in what was considered a solemn press conference on the first day of this month in the Ministry of Culture's cabinet, Cameron Gashi.
But artists have forgotten to mention from last week MKRS's complaints have flooded. In all cultural institutions, there are workers dissatisfied with new salaries. The promotional growth of 50 percent in some institutions has not been achieved at all. The newspaper has reported that in some cases the increase in one's salary is not 4 percent.
This evening, Minister Gashi has pledged to hold a self-glorious speech again. This has been done for the third time since the regulation through which wages have increased in September of this year.
Gashi himself has said it's a thank-you party for the MKRS. /Time/
