North split ties with Kosovo, Pristina silent

Political representatives of northern Kosovo Serbs have warned of a return to illegality by cutting off any communication with official Pristina authorities. While the Belgrade-run northerns have argued the resignations by accusing Pristina of trying to take the north, the government has not yet been declared for developments in the north. Nor is it known whether the pre-advanced resignations have been deposited to the central authorities.

On the day when south of Ibër was celebrated 28 November with national flags in northern Mitrovica have continued Serb protests in opposition to the government's tax on Serbian goods.

<x0) > We don't have drugs”, “Stop violence by Pristina”, there have been slogans holding protesters, driven by Serbian List exhibits.

A day earlier, the mayors of four Serb-run northern municipalities -- northern Mitrovica, Zvecani, Zubin-Potoku and Leposaviqi -- resigned, cutting off reports with official Pristina.

Resigns also deposited recently integrated Serbian prosecutors and judges in the Kosovo justice system, many years after they had shared justice on behalf of Serbia. The movements of the northerns going in the opposite direction of the integration commitments have not set Kosovo Government in motion. An official stance has also been missed by Prime Minister Haradinaj.
