The publisher from Mitrovica, Nedmetdin Spahiu, has made a post in his Facebook profile.
He has distributed a photograph showing the blue color and map of golden Kosovo. He says he has proposed this flag for Kosovo several days after the country's liberation, on 26 June 1999, writes Periscopi.
The flag posted by Spahiu appears close enough to the one made official on February 17, 2008. Whether he really proposed it or not remains in the will of people to believe it or not. However, because of technical shortcomings, many yellow spots are observed on the top of the map that makes Kosovo a country full of islands.
