MP Donika Kaday-Bujupi, as the proposal of the resolution concerning the additions of children, said the PDK needs additional co-ordination.
While PDK parliamentary group chief Memli Krasniqi said they support the idea to divide additions to children, but within that budget children must be classified.
“It is a bit problematic in the conflict of the situation in Kosovo that the child of a family living with social aid -- that is, in poverty -- receive the same amount as the child of a millionaire“, he has said.
Meanwhile, Social Democrat Initiative parliamentary group chief Bilalll the Sheriff said additions for children are dedicated to all children, whether they have them or not.
“If we call it addition for children, we've all been children and we know that our parents have received additions for children, and without any difference whether they've been employed in the state or in private work, additions for children have been regulated by law“, he said.
Eventually, they agreed to establish a commission to harmonise the positions of parliamentary groups.
The session continued with the principle of the draft law on change and implementation of the law on prevention and sanctioning violence and negative phenomena in sports events, the draft law in principle on changing and completing the law on cinematography, the bill in principle on changing and completing copyright law and equal rights, the draft law on changing and completing the law on libraries, the draft law on changing the Law on Dispositions in Culture, Youth and Sports, the draft Law on Change and the Law of Sports.
Also, the Government's annual report on functioning of the internal finance control system in Kosovo's public sector for 2017, the Pristina St. A for 2017, the annual report on the situation in the Civil Service of the Republic of Kosovo for 2017, as well as the appointment of the chairman and members of the Kosovo Pension Savings Fund, the appointment of the chairman of the Public Procureing Regulatory Commission.
Meanwhile, the Bill for Social Enterprises, the annual report of the work of the Kosovo Privatisation Agency for 2017, and the draft law on Kosovo's public broadcaster, have not passed.
