Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic appeared at a news conference today, along with Foreign Minister of the Union of Committees Suef Mohammed El-Amin and suggests that this state has drawn recognition of Kosovo's independence.
This African state has officially recognised Kosovo in May 2009.
