According to official Moscow, the meeting is expected to be held within this week, while the goal is to establish veto in implementing the Prespa Agreement, which resolves the multi-year dispute between Macedonia and Greece in relation to the country's name, writes Facts.
Long ago, Macedonian President Gjorge Ivanov from the UN speaker strongly rejected this agreement, saying the same wipes out Macedonian identity and history.
