“Deception” is listed by a Kosovo University Clinical Hospital Service Commission (SHSKUK), designed specifically for investigating this procurement process. As a result, the tender weighing 80 thousand euros has been cancelled.
The findings in the report indicate that from the complete list of the devices involved in the service, more than 25 percent of them (s three, tables....) are no equipment at all.
“From the rest of them, 40 percent of them still haven't been functional, are new in packing, and as such there's no reason for service. The assessment commission on the basis of these remarks has recommended that economic operator “Kosova Meld Healthcare” sh.p.k, not be rewarded by contract, because the granting of this contract seriously damages the budget without reason”, the report says, a part of which was cited in the O decision. The E.P.E. to cancel this tender.
