British Prime Minister Theresa May was hosted today in Brussels at the European Commission to discuss the latest issues of a divorce agreement with the EU, four days before an extraordinary summit for Brex.
The target of an ongoing confrontation within the file management majority, May was received during the afternoon by European Executive President Jean-Claude Juncker. They exchanged a brief handshake before the press, without answering journalists' questions.
Before heading towards Brussels, the conservative leader faced once again the questions of British parliamentarians, who must ratify any agreement with the EU. The only alternative would be either more uncertainty and separation, or without Brex at all, she confirmed.
