Macedonia has no deal for extradition with Hungary

Macedonia and Hungary have no signed extradition agreements between the two states on which they would seek the extradition of former Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski. Macedonia and Hungary have no signed extradition agreements between the two states on which they would seek the extradition of former Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski. From the Justice Ministry for the portal “Makfax” have stated that the extradition of Gruevski from Hungary to Macedonia will be requested on the basis of other legal acts, Alsat M broadcasts.
According to the Justice Ministry, Macedonia will seek Gruevski's extradition from Hungarian authorities under the Law for International Legal Co-operation in Criminal Subjects from the European Convention for extradition of 1957, as well as from provisions of the Agreement on Bilateral Legal Assistance between RSFJ and Hungary's People's Republic.
In the same way, Macedonia had demanded Greek extradition of Goran Grujovski and Nikola Boskovski, who are charged with illegal wiretapping
