Lawyer Arianan Koci has said there may be no rational explanation for why a person is held in prison without judicial ruling. He said that all of his imprisonment is being done on an injustice that is being done in the name of righteousness.
The greatest injustice is what is done in the name of justice! Contradicting right to fair, impartial and reasonable judgment in the case of Sylejman Selimi, I am deeply concerned about almost anything presented as phenomenon in this case”, Koci wrote in a response to the Fb.
Sylejman Selimi wrote a letter with which he decided not to have a lawyer.
He has said that political influence is having on his failure.
He has neither given names nor alludes to any of the heads of State, whether the president or the prime minister.
Koci, however, has said there is no legal explanation with what is being done to the former KLA chief.
There can be no rational and professional explanation that Mr. Selimi is being held in prison without judicial ruling. The reasonings used for his failure to free him take no place in the legal record. These experimental actions completely undermine the credibility of judiciary”, he wrote.
