Lacked Use of Albanian Flag in Macedonia

The 2011 law does not specify whether it is the Albanian flag, or of another entity, but in articles 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the Law for Fulfilling and changing the Law to Use Community Flags, it is said that “community members who are more than 50 percent of the population in that local self-government unit can use their national symbols in accordance with the” law.
On the basis of this law, ethnic communities can use their flag, along with the state's, in local and public character objects. Under the law, local government decides on dates or events when the flag of ethnic communities will be used. The law also charges that the flags of ethnic communities be for a third smaller than the state flag. The flag without obstacles can be used in private manifestations.
