Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, and his deputy, Enver Hoxhaj, have cited the possibility of interrupting dialogue with Serbia if the EU Council of Ministers in December does not put the visa liberalisation issue on the agenda for Kosovo citizens.
They have deemed the interconnection of these two processes to be reasonable if the EU does not keep its promise of visas.
According to them, it is not fair that Kosovo is pressured for dialogue by denying its citizens the right to move visa-free to the Schengen Zone.
Serbia, meanwhile, conditions continuing dialogue with the withdrawal of Kosovo's tax on Serbian goods and those from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
