That is how they consider connoisseurs of political issues, who say Kosovo has no power to condition the European Union (BE), which currently mediates the negotiations process with Serbia. According to them, Kosovo is the one that requires the EU to obtain visa liberalisation or to integrate into international organisations, not the other way around, writes the newspaper “Zeri”.
On the other hand, as Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj spoke about the visa process, he has described as surprising the fact that Kosovo is continuing to find it difficult to finalise visa liberalisation, despite meeting all conditions required by the EU. Despite warnings that the visa waiver decision could be postponed, however, the executive chief has declared there is still hope that visas for Kosovo will be removed.
