The publisher from Mitrovica, Nedmedin Spahiu, has made a post in his Facebook profile commemorating November 17th of 1944 when partisans had taken Albania's capital, Tirana, the date which brought savage dictator Enver Hoxha to power.
This date has been marked during as a holiday day among Albanians, but already Spahiu requires Tirana to carry flags in half-point as a sign of mourning and grief.
