Kosovo doctors recognised equal status with all non-EU countries

The General Assembly of the European Medical Committee has approved membership of the Republic of Kosovo, represented by the Kosovo Medical Oda as an observer, with status equal to all states that are not members of the EU.

This has been made known by the Kosovo Medical Oda, writes Indexline.

“Despite difficulties, challenges and obstacles in this process, work, defeat and commitment of the OPC has brought concrete results in strengthening international representation and relations with sister organisations. We take the opportunity to thank all delegations of states that have supported our membership in this international organization.

We also thank the state institutions of the Republic of Kosovo, which have given support for participating in this process”, the statement concludes.
