Konjufca sues Milaim Zeka for slander

According to the indictment owned by the newspaper Insefer, Zeka on the show “Dosier D” of RTV Dukagjin said that Konjucfa was involved in the sexual scandal in Vetevendosje office and that there are videos about it.

“Mue does not offend a man for whom people think there's evidence of videos about those famous threes in Vetevendosje offices that have committed sexual abuse”, Zeka said on the show.

For this statement Zeka has been indicted by Conjufca. The indictment has been handed over to the Pristina Foundation Court today, Inseder writes.

The indictees' claims through this interview fulfill all elements of Mr. Glauk Konjufca. In addition, the indictee has been aware that such a statement is false and incorrect, but has done it in order to damage and depreciate reputation, as well as violate the public image of the plaintiff”, the indictment said.

The indictment states that Zeka has flagrantly violated the law against Slander and Oppression, as his statements have greatly damaged Konjufca's reputation in relation to the public.

According to this indictment, Zeka has misused in the lowest way freedom of expression with the aim of discrediting Konjufca's statements during parliamentary discussion, where he stressed involvement in a court case of fraud for which there is even an indictment against indictees.

Konjufca has demanded 50,000 euros in compensation for non-matial libel damage.

“Pastore considers that because of experiencing spiritual pain, denigration of personality and insinuation of dignity, the height of damage caused by non-mamatial damage will have to be compensated in cash in the obligation of the Law on Obligations Relations, and for that the same proposes to the Court that the contract be done in the name of this damage and that in many of the 50 thousand Euro”, it is said in the indictment.
