At the Prizren Court today, the trial continues for the cruel murder that took place in the village of Peqan in Suhareka.
Resmije Bytyqi is charged with deliberately pushing Murat Ademi in 2016 to commit the crime of murder and that of her husband, Abedin Bytyqi, so for her actions the Basic Prosecutor Prizren charges that she has committed a criminal offense in the murder.
Murat Ademi and his brother Reshat Ademi are accused of committing a crime of committing murder.
Part of the indictment is Fadil Fetiu, who is accused of failing to report a criminal offence, while Resmije Bytyci is inciting murder.
For today it is first to hear a witness proposed by accused Murat Ademi.
As after this witness's hearing, the accused is expected to begin providing their own protection.
