The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan, the Randa Crime Department, based on the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Republic of Kosovo and the International Jury Co-operation Law on Criminal Affairs, has banned defendant Sedat Ramadani BiH citizen of the Republic of Macedonia in 48 hours.
According to the communiqué sent by the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan, the defendant has been on the run by INTERPOL, on the basis of a warrant issued by the authorities of the Republic of Austria and the same has been detained by entering Kosovo territory from Serbia.
“is suspected that on August 06th, 2018, the defendant in Vienna City has committed the unauthorized criminal work, which is sanctioned according to legal acts on drugs and narcotics of the Austrian State, or criminal work Blerja, possession, distribution and sale of psychotrope or analogo substances, preceded at Article 273 paragraphs 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code, since 8 (the same) kilograms have been found (of narcotics) of the substance, etc. Chanabis, said at the media conference, follows Kosova Prees.
