The same statement was addressed to Agron Selimaj- former head of the Kosovo Intelligence Agency, Latif Merovci, former deputy director of AKI, Bashzen Sopijan ʹ general inspector in AKI, and Gazmend Isufi former head of the Bureau of Inspectation at the General Office of AKI, for the criminal work of misuse of position or official authority, violation of rights from the labour relationship, exercise of influence, blackmail, and other authorization, the exercise of influence, since the conditions are met by 82 KPR, as there are no cause for criminal acts of suspicion.
