In a Facebook post, Hoti wrote that the president must stop from the Parliament to dialogue with Serbia, as he has no mandate.
According to him, President Thaci has brought the country to its worst position in foreign relations over the past 10 years.
Below, Hoti's full post without interference:
No one has the mandate to dialogue on Kosovo's territory, except Thaci has no mandate to develop dialogue with Serbia. It should be stopped by the Assembly or by citizens against these schemes to undermine Kosovo's statehood.
A politically weak prime minister, who only handles internal affairs for narrow political interests and with the population's harmful to the economic and social stability of the country, has led Kosovo to the worst position in relations more abroad in ten years as an independent state.
The political scene must be unified in action, not just in statements, to stop Thaci from entering the market for Kosovo. The opposition today is engaged in action. The AAK and Initiative should show determination to stop Thaci through the Parliament by supporting the opposition resolution. Otherwise citizens will stop it through the expression that mass rejection, but then AAK and Initiative will carry responsibility to citizens the same as the PDK.
