In a later statement, police said 7 total casualties had been identified -- 6 injured and one killed with a pistol. They identified the aggressor as 40-year-old Scott Paul Beierle, however, the motives of this act remain unclear.

Two of those injured with firearms later passed away, while two still remain in the care of doctors but in stable condition, while the other two have left the hospital.

“We have evidence that some inside people fought hard and tried not only to save themselves, but other people, which is an act of courage”, said State Chief Officer DeLeo, broadcast tch.

The shooting appears to be the act of one person, while the community is not threatened with any other danger. Tallahassee Mayor Andre Gillum, who competes for the post of mayor of Florida and stopped a campaign development to return to the city, wrote in “Titter”:

I'm grateful to the law enforcement forces for the rapid response to the shooting today. No act of gun violence is acceptable. I'm in constant communication with law enforcement officials”
