Government's privatisation of social property is considered illegal

However, this has not been done for social companies that happened in Serb majority municipalities, Koha Ditore writes today.
What we left behind has approved proposals from the Ministry of Management of Local Government to approve the demands of northern Mitrovica municipalities, Ranillug, Klokot, Gracanica and Zvecan for withdrawing from the privatisation process and returning to the municipality of real estate and facilities, with the goal of implementing public interest projects.
These decisions by law- connoisseurs are being seen as executive intervention in the Assembly competencies as well as the Kosovo Privatisation Agency. According to them, social property is under AKP management and this agency is under the management of the Parliament, and only the Parliament can make decisions on the AKP's scope.
