Also, the “measures do not apply tariffs for imports of goods financed by the revenue of grants provided by governments, government agencies, government or nongovernmental organisations operating outside or within the Republic of Kosovo, data on the Government of the Republic of Kosovo to assist programmes and humanitarian projects, as well as those of reconstruction in Kosovo”, says in the statement.
