The case is addressed Tuesday, writes Koha Ditore.
Thus, among some changes made in the fifth article of the basic Law is the inclusion of two new paragraphs, according to which the political subjects are allowed to make contributions “to any value” from the physical and judicial persons, “as the contribution is made with banking transfer, transparently and can prove the origin of the contribution”.
On the 9th of this month, the Government Cabinet has voted amendments to the Law to finance political subjects and forwarded them to the Parliament for voting. It did not include one of the fundamental requirements related to financing ] accepting donations through bank account, with which greater transparency would be ensured.
