The LDK and VV resolution, with the only point required by the government's resignation to pave the way for forming new institutions, has received only 36 votes.
There were 61 deputies in the hall, while only 37. One vote was abstention.
The chairman, Kujtim Shala, said the vote was invalid and has interrupted the session.
That was the resolution proposed by the opposition:
Points 1 in order to disrupt any efforts that contest citizenship, international subjectivity and territorial integrity of Kosovo, the Government of Kosovo is to resign to the formation of new institutions which must consolidate and strengthen the citizenship of the Republic of Kosovo in the international arena in line with its geopolitical orientations for Euro-Atlantic integration.
