According to him, Kosovo and Serbia should find a common solution which will contribute to the stability of the region and be acceptable to both sides.
Mondolin has said that the meeting warned between President Hashim Thaci and Aleksandar Vuciqi on November 11th in Paris is a first opportunity to move towards the final settlement of the dialogue.
For us there are no red lines. There will be no restrictions on the possible agreement of the two countries”, he was quoted as saying.
On the other hand, he has said that a final solution between the two countries is necessary and that France will not give lectures on how to achieve that.
The sooner that deal is reached, the better. It took us a long time to reconcile with the Germans”, he said.
Thus, France does not even object to the idea of exchanging territories as the final solution to the agreement between Kosovo and Serbia./ P ERISCOPIA
