So says Chief Director for Continental Europe at France's Foreign Ministry Florence Mangin, in an interview given “Koha Ditore”, during her stay in Pristina this week.
In the interview, Mangin also spoke of transforming the KSF into armed forces, as well as problems with the visa liberalisation process for Kosovo, saying that the decision to abolish visas for Kosovars could only be taken after some elements of the conditions set in the field of rule of law have been fully met.
